The residential division is separated into two
sub-divisions: our Single Family Home Division and our
Multi-Family Division.
Single Family Home Division
Our Single Family Home Division is strong
in luxury family homes, usually homes ranging from 4,500 square feet
up to our most current larger home of 17,550 square fee t.
This sub-division offers structured wiring, home automation, Lutron
lighting control systems and audio-video, in addition to the line
voltage. The crews placed on these homes are well trained in
attention to detail and performance to complete the home
successfully for these discriminating homeowners. If you wish, an

Multi-Family Home Division
The Second Sub-division of Residential, is our
Multi-Family Division, these jobs are handled in a accelerated
format for meeting deadlines and moving the project forward,
striving to pass each
inspection the first time around. I’m proud to say our average
success rate is 95% of passed inspections on the first call. Our
crews are trained to work with your superintends in a team like
effort, doing what is necessary to keep the project moving in a
forward and positive manner.
